Property with 521 hectares and 3 farmhouses in good condition

Property with 521 hectares located in the municipality of Albanya, Alt Empordà region. It consists of two adjoining farms where there are 3 farmhouses, a barn and a warehouse in good condition, and two cataloged farmhouses in a dilapidated state.

The heights vary from 1,170m to 720m of altitude. Holm, oak and pine forest basically with 20 hectares of cultivated fields.

The first farm consists of an area of ​​201 hectares with a farmhouse in good condition of 515 m2 built spread over three floors, plus an attached building for a warehouse of 454 m2 built spread over two floors. There is a water tank about 300 meters from the farmhouse with helicopter and hydrant access for fire trucks, which is permanently filled with water from a spring located above it. It also consists of another meek, in a dilapidated state, but which appears in the catalog of Catalan farmhouses, so it would be possible to rebuild it. On this farm there are some silver mines that had been in operation until the middle of the 20th century, as well as a farmhouse that served as a home for the miners, almost completely demolished.

The second farm has an area of ​​319 hectares with a farmhouse in perfect condition of 1,140m2 of constructed area spread over three floors, next to this there is another building for haystacks and corrals of 305 m2 of surface, also in good condition except a small part attached to it where the roof has collapsed. There is another farmhouse of 250 m2 spread over two floors. Romanesque hermitage that belongs to the Bishopric in perfect condition, and near the same farmhouse in a dilapidated state, an old Romanesque bastion of the 12th or 13th century, which originally served as an advanced guard and watchtower to the Castle and which surely belonged in the time to a Feudal Mr., this farmhouse also appears in the catalog of farmhouses of Catalonia, so its reconstruction is also feasible.

In addition, the farm has the Technical Plan for Forest Management and Improvement (PTGMF), thanks to which it is possible to carry out forest exploitation. There is also a Technical Game Management Plan (PTGC), approved in May 2014 granting as a private hunting area in full force, authorizing the ability to hunt, big game: Wild boar, Mouflon, Deer, Fallow deer and roe deer, and small game.
